We collect information deliberately supplied through forms, including name, email, country, consent choices, support messages and high-level Closer Access expectations.
Payments
PayPal processes payment details. The website should not store full payment-card information.
Delivery and communications
Information may be used to deliver publications, confirm purchases, create access, provide support and send practical communications where consent exists.
Confidential matters
Do not send confidential documents through public forms or ordinary calendar pages. For Closer Access, an NDA may be put in place before sensitive information is shared.
Anonymised patterns
Recurring lessons may be shared only after identifying details are removed.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications and contact Support regarding access, correction or deletion requests, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Protected-download records
For paid digital delivery, the system records the internal order reference, payment status, token status, access times, basic network information, browser information and replacement-access activity. These records are used for fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention and accountability. The visible access token is sent to the purchaser; only its secure hash is stored in the database.
