Use: Careful Circle Member Support. Include your full name, membership email and the decision or access issue.

Money or PayPal

Billing or payment

Use: Careful Circle Billing Support. Include the plan, payment date, amount, PayPal email and transaction reference where available.

Monthly plan

Monthly cancellation

Use: Monthly Membership Cancellation Notice. State clearly that you are giving written notice to cancel.

Annual plan

Annual non-renewal

Use: Annual Membership Non-Renewal Notice. State clearly that you do not want the membership to renew after the current paid term.

Use: Privacy Request. Explain whether you are asking for access, correction, removal from communications or deletion where legally possible.

What to include

Five details prevent unnecessary delay.

  • Your full name.
  • The email address used for the membership or payment.
  • Whether the issue relates to monthly, annual or private support.
  • A short, factual description of what happened or what you are requesting.
  • Any relevant date, amount or PayPal transaction reference.
Do not email passwords, full card details, full bank-account numbers or unnecessary identity documents.
Monthly cancellation

Giving notice does not end the membership immediately.

Monthly membership requires one calendar month’s written notice.

The cancellation becomes effective one calendar month after the written notice is received. A normal payment date that falls inside that notice period remains payable. Access continues through the notice period.

You will receive written confirmation of the notice date, effective cancellation date, access end date and any payment falling inside the notice period.

Annual non-renewal

Annual membership remains active until the end of the paid term.

An annual non-renewal request prevents a future renewal.

It does not normally create an immediate refund or shorten the current paid term. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for, subject to the Membership Terms.

Response standard

Relevant member emails normally receive a reply within one business day.

This is not emergency support. The Circle does not provide 24-hour monitoring, crisis intervention or instant professional advice.
Before sending a second payment

When payment status is unclear, stop and check first.

Check PayPal, your bank and your email. Do not create another subscription merely because a confirmation page did not appear.
