Three private sessions
Three private 60-minute Decision Architecture Sessions used across the annual term when selected significant decisions arise.
The private partnership keeps us closer to a small number of significant decisions across the year. It begins with a mutual-fit conversation, not a payment button.
This option is for people who want deeper preparation, private working sessions and continuity across selected decisions that carry meaningful cost, risk or consequence.
There is no direct checkout. A written scope and payment process are prepared only after both sides confirm that the relationship is suitable.

Relevant information may be reviewed before a session where the agreed scope, timing and material make that practical.
After each session, you receive a concise Decision Architecture Record capturing the decision, assumptions, evidence, unresolved questions, material risks and agreed next steps.
Before either side agrees, we need to understand the decisions involved, the expected access, the preparation likely to be required and whether the work sits within our competence, capacity and boundaries.
Tell us what kinds of decisions you expect to face and what sort of involvement you are seeking.
We consider relevance, scope, capacity and whether our method is appropriate for the work.
The conversation is used to clarify expectations. It is not a disguised checkout call.
The scope covers sessions, working rhythm, deliverables, access, confidentiality, boundaries, term and payment process.
No partnership is created, no payment is due and no private work begins until a written scope has been accepted by both sides and the agreed payment process has been completed.
The calendar will ask what you want to discuss. Choose the private partnership option there. Booking the conversation does not create an agreement or payment obligation.
